INDIANAPOLIS, IN – New Sunshine, LLC was proud to learn that Katie Stam Irk, Miss America 2009 was chosen to be one of the judges at this year’s Miss America Pageant on January 12th in Las Vegas.
The former Miss America serves as Vice President of Brand Awareness for New Sunshine and is also a distinguished motivational speaker. “Katie is an expert in the field and her involvement with this pageant was an additional way to strengthen her passion for communication,” stated Director of Branding, Angie Provo. She judged the pageant alongside Bradley Bayou, Cheryl Bourke, Sam Champion, Mary Hart, Daymond John and McKayla Maroney. “The entire New Sunshine team congratulates Katie,” added Provo.
The Miss America organization exists to promote both personal and professional opportunities for young women. It allows their voices to be heard in culture, politics and the community. The winner must be intelligent, talented, well-spoken and a leader. She can connect with today’s temporary woman. Katie Stam can certainly relate.
