OLDSMAR, FL – On August 25th, the Devoted Creations team was joined by other philanthropic industry leaders from Four Seasons Sales & Service, M.R. International, Suntan Supply and South Beach Tanning Co. along with community leaders in St. Petersburg, FL to help raise awareness and funds for Cardiac Kids of Florida.
Before dinner was served, guests were shown the results of their time and money, by meeting survivors and seeing video messages from others while listening to the surgeons who perform the operations. After dinner and informative presentations, the ballroom became a casino as deejays invited guests to hit the dance floor.
The Mission of the Cardiac Kids Foundation of Florida is to provide assistance to children with heart disease and their families. In addition, the organization funds medical research, education and health care for children with heart disease through local charitable initiatives and lifesaving mission trips. Support is provided in the form of financial help and assistance to those families who cannot afford prescription medications post-surgery, as well as travel expenses for the families of hospitalized children.
