1. What was your very first job?
When I was eight or nine years old, I delivered The Evening Herald newspaper in Rock Hill, SC.
2. What’s something people would never guess about you?
I was once a disc jockey in Myrtle Beach, SC.
3. What is your most prized possession?
My daughter, Emma Lou.
4. What does your average weekend look like?
I go to the gym, do chores (laundry, cleaning) and always get outdoors in the summer – at the lake, the beach, spending time with Emma and our two dogs.
5. Where is the coolest place you’ve traveled and why?
I was in Guatemala twice on mission trips, which gave me a true understanding of how incredibly blessed we are here in America.
6. What task do you most often procrastinate about doing?
I put off filling my car with gas – I like to ride on “E”! (LOL)
7. What is the best thing about your job?
This is the easiest question to answer: My customers! I had the opportunity to be a salon owner in 2010-2014 and that gave me valuable experience to see the business from their viewpoint. For 28 years, I have loved being a part of starting and building their businesses, and seeing them succeed in this industry.
