1. How did you get into the tanning industry?
It was really a great blessing that took me by surprise. I always loved educating, motivating and entertaining as a way to better people’s work life and home life. In 2007, I happened to see an ad posted by Supre Tan, looking for a “road warrior” with passion, energy and an outgoing personality. Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo … I got the job and I’ve never been happier.
2. What is the best thing about your job?
My boss, Maggie Curran. I LOVE the company, the industry and ALL the wonderful people I am blessed to encounter on a daily basis, but Maggie has made me want and expect more from myself, so I can give my best to those I train and motivate every day. She has given me, the company and the industry much more than words can ever express.
3. What do you do in your spare time?
I hate “spare time.” My job gives me so much joy – it’s really all I want to do! I do spend a lot of time researching skincare and experimenting with facial treatments. I live to spoil my friends and family with the many blessings I have, especially cooking and baking.
4. What’s your “pet peeve?”
Ignorance. That covers a lot of ground, but knowledge is power and learning from others is always possible. Those who choose to live in their own world and are not open to ideas, discussions and expanding their horizons frustrate me to no end. But I get through, one way or another.
5. What’s your favorite food?
Just ONE? Have you SEEN me? LOL
6. What’s your favorite TV show?
I’d rather see a Broadway musical like Wicked, but on TV, it’s Downton Abbey for my intellectual side and Modern Family and Big Bang Theory for my side-splitting laughter needs.
7. What’s at the top of your “Bucket List?”
Finding a husband and becoming Queen of England
