1. How/when did you get into the tanning industry?
In the early 90s, I worked at a beauty boutique near Paris, TN where I was introduced to indoor tanning and to Four Seasons, the boutique’s product supplier. I got to know the Four Seasons staff and through that relationship, learned they had a job opening for a switchboard operator. At that time, they had a switchboard but no voicemail system – needless to say, I wrote down a lot of phone messages in those days! Two years later, I was promoted to a sales position, then to vice president of consumable sales. After nearly 28 years, I am now proud to lead Team Four Seasons as president.
2. What was your first job?
I worked on a dairy farm feeding bottles to baby calves and grain to the momma cows.
3. Who is your hero?
My mother is my hero. She is strong, firm, honest and also kind, loving and fair.
4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
When drivers apply their brakes BEFORE they turn on the blinker.
5. What are your hobbies?
Spending time with my family, baking, gardening, walking, online shopping and watching Netflix.
6. Necessities aside, what one thing could you not go a day without?
It’s a tie between eating chocolate and twirling my hair.
7. If you had a warning label, what would it say?
WARNING: Turns back into a pumpkin at 9pm!
