Oldsmar, FL – Devoted Creations co-hosted the recent Cardiac Kids Foundation of Florida Golf Tournament as the main sponsor. Held at the East Lake Woodlands Country Club in Oldsmar, the event was attended by 80 people to raise funds for cardiac patients and their families.
“As always, I would like to thank Devoted Creations and Lewis Henry for planning such a great event,” said Marlee Huggins, CKF President. “And a huge thank you to Eric Huggins for the countless behind-the-scenes hours he volunteers to make every one of our events a success.” Attendees enjoyed golf, dinner and drinks, as well as silent and live auctions with all proceeds benefitting the charity.
“These events would not be possible without Eric, Lewis Henry, and the entire DC team,” Huggins continued in response to the great turnout for their Third Annual event. “Also, we were honored to have former MLB star, Gary Sheffield, drive to our event straight from the airport after an international flight just to spend time with our golfers, survivors and their families,” Huggins added. “We are forever grateful and appreciative of his continued support of the CKF.”
