Recognizing the need and demand for structured technical training on the major tanning equipment brands and models, Four Seasons hosted a three-day, hands-on tech support workshop at its headquarters in Paris, TN on July 22-24, 2014. Free of charge to salon owners and tech support personnel, the workshop was designed to educate the industry professionals about equipment, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. More than 50 independent techs, salon owners and staff participated in the event.
Chris Garner, a technician with Abigail’s Salon said, “I thought all of the sessions were great! The ‘Electrical 101’ training with Johnny was very informative. I actually learned quite a bit. Also, I enjoyed the assembly/take-apart sessions. This training will help with future equipment installs.”
According to Kevin Ealey, Service Coordinator for Four Seasons, “This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about equipment repair and maintenance. We have separate work stations set up to provide hands-on instruction on a variety of common repairs on low-pressure and high-pressure units, as well as spray-tan systems.”
Additional workshops will be held in coming months. For more info, contact Kevin Ealey at 800.325.2769 ext. 2415 or kevin.ealey@fstanning.com.
