Fresh Apple Salsa
2 cups diced peeled Spartan apple (about 3/4 pound)
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 T honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & minced

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
