My pets’ breed/species: Boston Terrier mix
The story: Lilly Ann will turn 13 years old this month. I adopted her from Operation Kindness in Carrollton, TX when she was a very sick, three-pound puppy. She was found on a football field near my college with her mother, brother and sister, all of whom had been abused. The shelter nursed two puppies and mom back to health and all three were adopted quickly! Unfortunately, Lilly’s brother didn’t make it.
My favorite thing about Lilly Ann: She has the Boston Terrier under-bite which makes her smile hilarious. It’s one of those smiles that only a mother could love!
Tricks/talent: Besides finding her tail on a daily basis, she loves to go out to my aunt’s ranch and herd cattle. It gives me a panic attack, but she loves it!
To sum up Lilly Ann in one word: Squirrelly
