FLINT, MI – In their continued effort to staff their facilities with knowledgeable and qualified salon consultants, Tropi Tan management recently invited veteran Devoted Creations Sales Educator Kandra Covert to present the new 2017 product line at the chain’s corporate headquarters in Flint, MI.
“I’ve visited hundreds of tanning salons, and it’s always great to work with a business that has knowledgeable staff,” commented Covert. “One of my favorite things about my job is getting to revisit and re-train veteran staff who have seen it all. I love seeing familiar faces and communicating on a friendship level.”
Covert’s training session covered topics including the “ABCs” of tanning, how to match tanners with the right product for them, how to present the unique DC skincare benefits to salon guests and how to sell each individual product. Lastly, Covert discussed basic sales and easy-to-remember techniques for creating a memorable salon experience that keeps guests happy and coming back.
