Cole Hamels’ Education Charity
Indianapolis, IN – California Tan® recently partnered with The Hamels Foundation to raise funds for education. Founded by Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels and his wife Heidi, the mission of The Hamels Foundation is to enrich the lives of children through the power of education by giving them the tools they need to achieve their goals. The foundation works to provide support for quality education in the U.S. and establish a school in Malawi, Africa.
“The Hamels Handbag Happy Hour” featured a silent auction where 100 authentic designer handbags, purses and clutches were bid on to raise money for the organization. California Tan® donated beauty products to be included in each of the auctioned handbags.
As California Tan® is The Sexy Side of Science®, the brand takes great pride in partnering with charity organizations that focus on improving education.
