INDIANAPOLIS, IN – California Tan and Swedish Beauty donated skincare products to help raise money at the 2015 Gala for the Grove: To the Future Together, presented by the Center Grove Education Foundation. The CGEF’s mission is to partner with the Indianapolis community to enrich the lives of all Center Grove Community School Corporation students by funding extraordinary and innovative learning experiences. The 2015 Gala included a VIP reception, dinner, silent and live auctions followed by live music and dancing at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis.
While both brands are located in Indianapolis and Brand Manager, Lena Lindemann and Assistant Brand Manager Carly Griffin are graduates of Center Grove High School, this was naturally a cause that the two brands were excited to support.
“As a Center Grove alumna, I experienced firsthand the educational resources available to students in the community to help them achieve their highest potential,” commented Lindemann. “We at California Tan believe that education is the key to success and we are grateful to be able to help a community that shares in this belief.”
“Giving back is a major focus for the Swedish Beauty brand,” said Griffin. “We understand the importance of being responsible as a company and using our resources to benefit others as often as we can. We want our local community to know that we care and support them in their endeavors.”
