OLDSMAR, FL – On November 30th, Body Heat Tanning, a Devoted Creations’ Five Star Diamond salon in Coral Springs, FL held a fundraiser to benefit the families of two salon customers who were killed in a car accident. Rhonda Culligan, owner of Body Heat Tanning gave every dollar earned at the salon that day to the foundations set up for the two women, Kaitlyn Ferrante and Marisa Catronio.
Devoted Creations supplied product samples and shirts for the fundraiser which were given to anyone who donated. Rhonda Culligan stated, “As a parent, the absolute worst thing that could ever happen to you is to lose a child,” she said. “No parent should have to go through this, so we’re just getting together to help them.” For Gary Catronio, Marisa’s father, the fundraiser served as a starting point to bring about improved visibility for drivers on South Florida roads.
