PARIS, TN – A Netherlands native and one of Four Seasons very own did recently and literally outrun the law… not one of the Henry County Sheriff’s Deputies could catch him!
What really happened: Gideon Gielis, Four Seasons Quality Assurance Manager, was the first man to finish the “Outrun the Law 5K” charitable race, sponsored by the Paris Lions Club and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. The funds raised go toward scholarships for Henry County High School seniors.
Henry County High School played host to the event, where runners were chased by law enforcement. Fifty participants competed in the local race and the club plans to make it an annual event.
“That’s the best, that’s the best!” stated Gideon to Channel 7 News. “They can do this more often and maybe for a longer distance, too.”
