PARIS, TN – Four Seasons recently celebrated 20 years of service for two veteran employees, Shelly Richardson and Pam Lane.
It was a fun time for all, as staff gathered for a luncheon to enjoy some good southern cooking such as fried chicken, pork tenderloin, hash brown casserole, corn, rolls and a tossed green salad. Topping off the festivities was a cake decorated with multi-flavored icing.
In addition to the luncheon, FST President, Ed Jerger, presented Shelly and Pam with a sapphire and diamond pendent necklace, and a crystal trophy in appreciation of their two decades of service to the company.
Pam Lane is what some would call a Cracker Jack in the warehouse, where she pulls products for order shipment. “She is rock solid and dependable,” comments AJ Wimberley, Operations Manager. “Pam is calm and patient under pressure, and carries this same attitude when training new employees. She is a real go-getter who always has a smile and positive outlook,” he adds. Off the job, Pam is a flea market queen and enjoys searching out old furniture. She has a background in music and grew up singing on the radio with her family.
Also honored was Shelly Richardson, one of the “queen bees” in the sales department. “Shelly is an excellent sales rep,” says Melissa Gallion, VP of Sales. “She always exemplifies an enthusiastic spirit when communicating with her customers, and her teammates go to her for advice and guidance She helps anywhere she can to make everyone better,” Gallion adds. Shelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family camping, mudding, or simply enjoying the sunshine.
