Dear Readers,

The 2019-2020 expo season is officially winding down and the general consensus is that salon operators and manufacturers alike are excited and optimistic about the upcoming peak season! I’m adding to my product offerings and upgrading equipment – after 40 years in the tan biz, I feel it’s important to continue evolving and elevating the guest experience in my salons. Seems to be working, so far!

In a tanning salon, a quality guest experience includes trust in the staff behind the counter. Can your team confidently answer a tanner’s questions about exposure times, photosensitivity, or UV light in general? Preparing your staff to project a professional image for your business should include Sun is Life® Training & Certification. The industry’s leading product distributors – Four Seasons, All Hours, Heartland, PC Tan – chose to offer our program to attendees of their recent regional events. They see the value of Sun is Life as a tool for reaching a level of professionalism that will create guest loyalty, increase sales AND salons that complete the training are eligible to be featured in the IST Magazine “Salon of Distinction” feature! Thousands of salon owners and their staff have benefitted from this award-winning program. We’re still offering our amazing deal for a year of training or check it out at sunislife.com.
