Supre Tan’s parent company, Product Innovations Research LLC (PIR), and Performance Brands, Inc., both leading manufacturers in the professional indoor tanning and personal care industries, have announced that PIR has acquired the brands Pro Tan, Fiesta Sun, Bask, Vineyard Collection Grapes and Beauty with Light from Performance Brands, Inc. in a transaction that closed on July 31, 2014.
