EMPORIA, KS – Springtime in Kansas means a few things for certain: beautiful sunsets, pasture fires, and Free Tan Weekend at The Midas Touch Golden Tans, in Emporia. In celebration of its 10-year anniversary, Midas Touch opened its doors for free base-level sessions for an entire weekend. All tanning packages and lotions were also on sale throughout the event.
“This year’s TAN-iversary was record breaking!” exclaimed Midas Touch owner, Darrell Ringler, Over the two-day mega-sale, the salon welcomed 61 new clients and tanned over 750 clients in state-of-the-art Ergoline equipment. In addition, 240 bottles of lotion found their way into the hands of happy tanners – Devoted Creations’ “Pauly D” product collection was a hot commodity. Heartland Tanning and Four Seasons kept the salon stocked with plenty of DC’s Sexy Swagg, The After Party, and Bronze Beats lotions. Other popular sellers were Black Edge and Live Love Tan.
If free tans, hot sales, and sexy tans weren’t enough to entice customers during Free Tan Weekend, Devoted Creations President, Lewis Henry gave away two VIP tickets to a Coldplay concert in Tampa, FL. Midas Touch owner, Darrell Ringler, gave away ten different tanning packages, including “Tan ‘til 2013” at any tanning level! Commented Ringler, “We truly enjoy being a part of such a fun industry and love hosting these events to share the fun with our clients.”
