INDIANAPOLIS, IN – This past tanning season, Australian Gold ran a very special contest for all of their tanning family in celebration of their 25th anniversary in the tanning industry. The “Silver & Gold Giveaway” ran on their Facebook page from November 1, 2011 until August 31, 2012. AG Fans simply filled out contact info to be automatically entered into this once-in-a-lifetime contest, which would award one lucky winner a nine-day/eight-night trip for two to beautiful Australia, as well as $5,000 cash and a year’s supply of Australian Gold tanning products.
That lucky winner was dedicated AG tanner, Brittany Rohne from Cincinnati, OH. “Ever since I was ten years old, I’ve always wanted to go to Australia,” Brittany said. “So, when I heard about this contest I entered, not expecting anything, but hoping for the best.” Brittany is a huge fan of Australian Gold, “Picking my favorite AG product is definitely a tough one. If I had to have a top three, it would be: 1) Gilded if I’m trying to get deep, instant dark color, 2) Sol Search has been a favorite of mine for a while and the best indoor/outdoor lotion I’ve ever tried, and 3) as far as after-tan products, After All is my hands down favorite.”
Brittany currently tans at Tantalize Tanning Studio in Mason, OH but learned of the contest through Palm Beach Tan in Evendale, OH, where she was employed for over two years. Brittany is currently working on selecting dates for her Outback trip and plans to take her boyfriend with her to celebrate her 21st birthday. “When I got the call, I couldn’t have been more excited, and now, thanks to Australian Gold and like Walt Disney said, “All our dreams can come true.””
